Great food, good quality, good value for money and friendly service. Enjoyed the food.

The food is not great and there are a lot nicer and cheaper places on London for a full English. Whats worst and most disappointing is the level of service. One of my drinks was forgotten and I let that pass. When I finished I was going to order more food and drinks but my empty plates were sat in front of me for over 5minutes. Now this may seem acceptable but when there is just 2 customers including myself and 3 staff members, add into the mix im sitting right next to the door all 3 staff members passed through several times during the 5 minutes and then that makes for poor service. After waiting a while i thought I would call the next person to walk past for my next order but the girl just completely ignored me. By this point I had run out of patients. It was about another 3 or 4 minutes before someone finally came over and she asked if things were OK. I said no and I just want my bill to pay and leave. Then after a further 2 or 3 minutes the manager then came over with my bill to apologise and wanted to talk. I just wanted to leave but the manager wouldn't give me the bill until I told her what was wrong and after maybe her fifth attempt i finally told her. Im not into writing negative reviews because I work in the industry and this is also the reason why I am writing this time. The manager tried to fob me off with a couple of excuses and as stated I work in the industry so I understand an operation and I also know when someone is trying to lie. Once I pointed this out to the manager she dropped her head in acceptance and recognition and took my payment. The manager did give me a discount of 1.30 however I had told her I did not want a discount as I had consumed the food and drink but again just shows a clear lack of understanding of a guests complaint. Not worth the hassle or price at all

Great value Cafe, we sat out the front on a beautiful day. Indoor seating available too. Service was fast and good, food was excellent value, hot and tastey. Takes card and cash. Big menu

Nice food and friendly staff but a bit expensive in my opinion

Just went over to this cafe at 15 .25 was told I could not get any thing to eat as they have shut off everything to clean as they want to be out of there at 16.00 what a place so I would say they are closed at 15 30 will not go to them again

Been a few times now. Staff are lovely. I has steak pie, mash and veg. It was nice but slightly disappointed in pie filling. Highly recommend. Great value too

Food was fresh and well cooked as always. Staff pleasant and helpful
